Hej jag har läst din blogg om Korea och har ett par saker att säga dig. Oavsett hur mycket du varit i Korea, hur mycket du har lärt dig utav språket, kulturen, maten, mentaliteten eller whatever så kommer du aldrig någonsin framstå som något annat än en wannabe. Det är synd att du inte själv verkar insé att det faktiskt handlar om att du söker dig till någon annan slags verklighet än din egen och lever i en drömvärld om att du innerst inne skulle vilja vara Korean. Jag är själv född i Sydkorea men kom till Sverige som barn och oavsett hur mycket man integreras i landet där man bor eller vad man själv gör det till så kommer man fortfarande i grund och botten vara det man en gång i tiden föddes till och i ditt fall är det definitivt inte Korea. Jag förstår ifall du har komplex och är avundsjuk vilket mycket väl märks men snälla du, Svenskar är unika i sitt sätt precis som alla andra. Tillintetsägande och tråkiga människor som sålt ut sig själva och först då kommer det sådana som du in i bilden. Såna som söker andra drömmar att fly in i. Men du är Svensk eller åtminstone är du absolut inte Korean och det gör mig väldigt upprörd när du skriver om mitt land så som du gör precis som att du själv hade varit Korean. Skärpning!

Det finns dock mycket större klyftor mellan rika och fattiga än vad vi har i Sverige. Det är ungefär lika dyrt att leva där som i Sverige, i alla fall var det så när jag var där. Dyrt med västerländska varor och restauranger men billigt med inhemskt.
Jag älskade Sydkorea med all kultur och människorna och det faktum att man fick vara lite "speciell" för en stund.
Lycka till med både kinesiskan och om du kommer till Sydkorea. Det är ganska vanligt att västerlänningar lär ut engelska där om du vill jobba.
